Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How much will shipping cost?
Sound School Pty Ltd currently uses Sendle or Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Our delivery charges are based on location and are calculated at checkout.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
We process our credit card payments with Stripe. Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed with the Stripe platform.
When will my order be posted?
All orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Can I make returns?
We know you will love your Sound School story book, however, if your story book is faulty and you need to return it for a replacement story book or a refund, please follow these steps:
- Please contact us on +61 3 9528 2745 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your invoice number.
- We will email you a return request form and a returns shipping label.
- Print and attach the returns shipping label to the original shipping package (this way, we can track the package to make sure we receive it).
- Seal the shipping package and send it back to us: Shop 3/483 Glenhuntly Road, Elsternwick Victoria 3185 Australia.
- Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund or send you a new story book. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund has been credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.
